Will today’s ‘emergency’- whatever’s currently demanding your focus and causing stress- even be remembered?
Will that ‘thing’ you’re particularly anxious about [truly] have been worth the time you put into it?
Better question: What could you do today that [might] matter…a year from now?
Even better question (to paraphrase Steve Jobs): If today was the last day of your life, would you want to do what you’re about to do today?
