It changes the quality of every moment. It alters the trajectory and outcome of every future moment of your life- personally and professionally.
Corporate scandals, terrorist threats, media ‘fake news’, office politics, violated relationships, and people just flat out behaving badly have created low trust on almost every front.
I contend that the ability to establish, grow, extend, and restore trust is not only vital to your personal and interpersonal well-being; it is the core of leadership competency. And of course, an absolute prerequisite to gaining the trust of others is to deserve it- to be trustworthy. READ MORE
Leadership is a choice…
The world, our country, and our communities are hungry for trustworthy leadership- leaders who set the example, who inspire, who make tough (rather than easy decisions when needed, and who make right things happen. We need leaders who can communicate an inspiring vision, who can light a fire in the belly of their peers.
I just completed Day 85 of Gary Ryan Blair’s 100-day Challenge. The 100-day Challenge is a proven formula. It shows you HOW to get more accomplished in 100 days than most do over the course of ten years.
Gary is the real deal. He’s the guy the Navy SEALs and countless professional athletes go to when they need to improve their execution.
As of day 85, the 100-day challenge has inspired me to create and launch an intensive marketing campaign for the 2018 Public Leadership Courses offered by the Practicing Perfection Institute. So far, I’ve contacted 1032 Sheriffs, Police Chiefs, and Commissioners across the United States, designed and launched a new Law Enforcement Sector Page, and updated and enhanced my social media accounts. All of this in the past 85 days.
The 100-Day Challenge is having such an impact on me, I contacted Gary personally and interviewed him. During our conversation, he offered special insights into himself and WHY he developed the 100-day Challenge. You can listen to the PodCast by clicking HERE.
To date, over 520,000 people around the globe have taken on the 100-Day Challenge. If you’re looking for a personal boost to help you LEAD your department or agency, this is an exceptional piece of work.
You can register for your own 100-day Challenge HERE. It doesn’t cost much. And, you can get an extra 25 bucks off with this code: IDESERVETHIS.
